Our 4D Organizational Assessments™ can be administered by one of our experienced 4D International professionals at a location of your choice or each assessment can be purchased independently so that you can administer the assessment yourself. Additional customization, train-the-trainer support, and post assessment coaching or mentoring differentiate our organizational assessments from every other organizational development solution.
Instructor Led Assessments – Our onsite instructor led assessments start at $50 (USD) per person, per assessment hour with a minimum of 10 participants. Instructor travel expenses will be billed at cost. In addition the assessment material must also be purchased in conjunction with the Instructor Lead Assessments.
Train-the-Trainer Learning Events – Our onsite instructor led Train-the-Trainer Learning Events train your trainers to administer our assessments and are priced at $150.00 (USD) per trainer, per course hour with a minimum of 5 participants. Instructor travel expenses will be billed at cost. In addition the assessment material must also be purchased in conjunction with the Train-the-Trainer Learning Event.
Off the Shelf Assessment Materials – Each of our 4D Organizational Assessments™ can be purchased for $295.00 (USD). This includes our detailed administrators guide, scoring diagnostic tools, and 25 sets of participant materials; additional participant materials can be purchased for $19.95 (USD) each.
